Authentic Italian Dining for Lunch and Dinner
Owned by brothers Bart and Sal Evola, Casa Carini was opened in Lillington, NC in 2007.
On the menu are such traditional Italian dishes such as lasagna and fettuccine alfredo, along with seafood dishes, francese (pan seared) chicken and veal dishes.
If you are not interested in a full meal we also offer hoagies, hot sandwiches, pizza, salads and a salad/buffet bar available daily from 11-2 and Sundays 12-3. We also offer a full, and a party tray menu.
